in the event that you receive damaged jewelry you have the option to return it, send it in for repairs, or take it to a local jeweler. In all instances that you receive damaged jewelry Big Kahuna Jewelry will cover any and all expenses including shipping.
Damage occurred Before delivery will Not affect a splash protection plan.
repairs for any jewelry that was not received damaged will be at the customer’s expense if Splash Protection was not purchased.
