BIg Kahuna Jewelry only offers full returns on Products in new and unopened condition. Although damaged goods are Rare, we understand that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and offer a replacement free of cost to our customers.
Because we manufacture to order keeping costs lower than our competitors, Returns for any other purpose than stated above will NOT be Accepted.
Return shipping for any purpose other than damaged goods will be the responsibility of the customer. (That includes exchanges, so please be sure that the measurement is right when making a purchase)
